James在小区里遇到了自己的新邻居Tom，于是上前打招呼。

James: Hello. Are you new here?  你好，你是新搬来的吗？

Tom: Yes, I moved here yesterday.  是的，我昨天搬来的。

James: Nice to meet you. I’m James, your neighbor.  很高兴认识你。我是詹姆斯，你的邻居。

Tom: I’m Tom. Nice to meet you, too.  我是汤姆，我也很高兴认识你。

James: If you need any help, just feel free to come to me. 如果你有任何需求，随时来找我。

Tom: That’s really kind. We can help each other from now on.真是太好了。以后我们可以相互照应。
